Return Policy

At BLACKBARN, we stand behind the craftsmanship value of our curated selection of products. We do, however, believe that it is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will work to find you the perfect replacement or facilitate a return.

Return Policy

If a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item. We will accept returned goods for full refund within 10 days of in-store purchase date or online package delivery date. Returns made after that date and before 30 days will be given store credit. Returns are only accepted before 30 days. Items must be in their original condition, unused and with all packaging (where applicable).

Furniture items may be returned within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours, returns will be refunded in the form of online store credit for the value of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept furniture items for return after 7 days.

Special order items that are specially ordered from our vendors are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

Personal care items that are opened or used are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

All items must be in their original condition, unused and with all packaging (where applicable).
