- Description
In many African countries, wood headrests or 'pillows' are used for neck support while sleeping and to protect their intricate coiffures. This particular headrest was handmade and used by the Gurage people of Ethiopia. While we don't recommend using it for sleep, it is a beautiful collector's item or object for display.
